REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE APPLICABLE ONLY FOR UNUSED PINS

DIALHOMEPHONECARD.COM guarantees fitness of phone cards that we sell for up to 10 days from purchase date. In our dedication to customer loyalty, we do everything to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, our refund and exchange policy is applicable to unused cards. Sometimes the rates can be different from the rate we state on the website due to the change from the card’s vendors side .If an automated message announces different amount of minutes from what we show on our website, please hang up immediately and contact us. Continuing use of the card at this point means that you agree to the use of the card with the announced amount of time/charge. In this case we cannot refund or exchange the card for you. Refunds and exchanges are allowed under following terms and conditions:

If you use the pin accidentally or intentionally after we exchange or refund , your credit card will be charged automatically equivalent to the purchase amount in addition to processing fee, surcharges and any other applicable fee.
Exchange of the pin has to be equal or less than the selling price of purchased pin.
Processing fee, surcharges and other applicable fee is non refundable.
Restocking fee of $1.00 per transaction will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded or exchanged.
Some products are non-refundable or non-exchangeable due to the maintenance fee charged on pin activation.
Pins purchased under any special offering or clearance will not be applicable for any refund or exchange.
Exchange of any pin has to be with the pin of same face value.
